<p class=MsoNormal>Hi,<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Has anyone experienced this issue before? I have been tasked
with updating our existing MoH (currently classical music). I place the audio
files to be converted into the relevant directory in CCM and the files are
converted with no errors.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>When listening to the new audio source I have created it
sounds fine when I am put on hold from an internal IP Phone,
analogue/POTS line at home. However when I call from a mobile/cell phone and
put myself on hold the sound quality is very poor – a lot of background
noise/hiss. I have tried call from mobile phones on alternate networks and they
all have the same quailty problem. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I have also tried a variety of music styles and also experimented
with the original file being in MP3 or WAV format, but still get this same
issue.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Any thoughts as to what could be the cause or hopefully the
solution to this issue?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
