call control uses the CTI operations:<br>
1. provideropen<br>
2. deviceopen<br>
3. lineopen<br>

All that should be required is ac user with correct password setup in
directory and under AC Server service parameters.<br>
Verify all that is in order by:<br>
add ac user to standard CCMUsers group<br>
login to ccmuser with ac user<br>
verify all devices are listed to control.<br>

otherwise, get the CTI SDI and SDL traces and search for 0x8CCC, as all
CTI error codes begin with that.<br>
