Anyone use or see a customer that has an online chat system setup for customer support, in conjunction with IPCC Express? We have a small contact center that is interested in making live chat sessions available in addition to their normal 800 number for support and new student information requests.
<br><br>There are some logistics that they'll need to work out with staffing and who is taking voice calls vs IM, etc.. i'm just trying to find out what is out there product-wise for a small scenario (10 agents would be maximum). Maybe a hosted solution of some sort?
