vendor was not setting the Owner User ID field on the setup for our
7941G-GE phones. That's been causing some issues now, and we're trying to
figure out a way to set each individual phone to have the Owner User ID of
the main user. The problem is, it appears that after the initial setup of a
device, you're unable to edit that field. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
