<P><FONT COLOR="#000080" FACE="Arial">client has 7941 set and Unity Unified Voice Mailbox. For some reason when he attempts to access his Unity Voice Mailbox from his phone or by remotely calling his number and entering * and his password he get the system message "your messages are not available now". This has happened to me from time to time but I assumed it was an "all ports are busy" message. We have blown away his Unity set-up and reprogrammed it and reset his IP Set. </FONT></P>
