<div>I think what you're looking for is "Set subscriber for self-enrollment at next login "? It on the main subscriber profile page. That doesn't reset everything it just prompts them to run back through enrollment on login? If you want to make sure all the user old greetings and setting are changed then you probably should delete the account and recreate it.
