<div>I upgraded to 8.3 firmware and still didn't work and now paging is screwed up..... I'm down grading to 8.2 to get the paging working again.</div>

The DN you want to monitor has to be in the Subscribe CSS of the phone which has the blf. IF (big if) you are using Extension Mobility, the Subscribe CSS used is actually controlled by the logged in user, so you need to check the subscribe CSS of the user.
