Depending on the what the provider has configured you can use the busy
out feature if each PRI has their own d-ch. However, if you are using
true NFAS where a single d-ch is used to manage all b-ch across 2x t1
ckts, then you must use IOS isdn stack and then either h.323 or sip to
send the call over to CM.<br>
