Basically the BLFs are controlled by subscribe Calling Search Spaces. The DN you want to monitor has to be in the Subscribe CSS of the phone which has the blf. IF (big if) you are using Extension Mobility, the Subscribe CSS used is actually controlled by the logged in user, so you need to check the subscribe CSS of the user.<BR>
