<DIV dir=ltr>we have a CCM 5.1(2) and we are suffering a weird problem.</DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr>We have a user (DN: 45762) who is complaining because she's receiving a lot of calls that are not addressed to her. We thought that maybe is one person from<BR>outside who has her number and is calling her by mistake, but we have noticed in certain phones (in the same partition), that if you go off-hook and wait certain time,instead of listening to to the operator saying "Your call cannot be completed...", the phone makes a call to an "Unknown number" that is the number of this person who is receiving a big ammount of calls.</DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr>There's no blank translattion pattern, no route point, nothing, this DN is only assigned to that phone.</DIV>

<DIV dir=ltr>It seems like a hot dial behaviour, but we haven't configured anything like this...</DIV>
