Use CDR/CAR to identify calls to her and the origination.<br>
Alternatively, enable QRT softkey for her phone and use QRT and CAR to
track how the call arrived at her phone.<br>

problem.</div>

<div dir="ltr">We have a user (DN: 45762) who is complaining because
she's receiving a lot of calls that are not addressed to her. We
thought that maybe is one person from<br>
outside who has her number and is calling her by mistake, but we have
noticed in certain phones (in the same partition), that if you go
off-hook and wait certain time,instead of listening to to the operator
saying "Your call cannot be completed...", the phone makes a call to an
"Unknown number" that is the number of this person who is receiving a
big ammount of calls.</div>

<div dir="ltr">There's no blank translattion pattern, no route point,
nothing, this DN is only assigned to that phone.</div>
