the set session step to mark the call as “handled” until the call has been in
the queue for a certain amount of time. It is also important to always mark a
call handled before you transfer them out to voicemail or anywhere else.
Supervisors don’t like high numbers of abandoned calls, especially when they
find out they are not legitimate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
