Yeah I thought about that, but most people just don't like the idle url very much.

On 9/14/07, Lelio Fulgenzi <

Softkeys?

Is there any way to define custom softkeys? I would like to
have a Helpdsk softkey placed onto the "on hook" screen of every phone. I know
I could configure a speed dial, but it would be much more efficient to just
modify a softkey template and wouldn't take up a line appearance button on the
phone (some phones don't have a button available).

Thanks,
Adam
