<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial color=#000000 size=2>As far as SRND for CRS 3.x and cisco video-on-demand is concern , I would like to share my understanding of liscencing of cisco CRS IVR ports:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>Cisco says that "all port must be the same all basic or all advanced".</FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>In case you require IVR ports for advanced functionality, you should have seat liscence of half of the number of required ports i.e. for 120 IVR ports you must purchase 60 IVR seat liscenses.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>In case of basic functionality,cisco says: "For standard and Enhanced the customer can deploy as many prompt and collect ports as can be accommadated by the server on which it is deployed and the feature mix on that server"</FONT></DIV>
<DIV dir=ltr><FONT face=Arial size=2>As far as server is concersn following are the IVR port capacity and limit for different servers.</FONT></DIV>

You don’t need to purchase new IVR ports unless you would develop new scripts and make use of some advanced features, like data base dips. Only for advanced features you’d need these ‘exclusive’ IVR ports.</SPAN></FONT></P>
