regarding telemarketers, i've used the story that the number they've called<br>
triggered an emergency response that costs a few thousand dollars to<br>
initiate and to be prepared to get a call from their local police and that <br>
if they don't remove this number right away that they will be charged on all<br>

subsequent calls if not already charged on this one.<br>
