Hi Carlos,

Logic - finalcalledpartynumber is not updated in CDR, but
destdevicename is properly updated to identify the device name that
answered the call

Sample from my lab:
SQL statement:
select top 1
callingpartynumber,finalcalledpartynumber,origdevicename,destdevicename
from calldetailrecord order by datetimeorigination desc
Result:
5550600 5552021 SEP000A41F9738E SEP003094C30DF5

5552021 is my hunt pilot so it's not clear what user/device answered
the call.
However, the destdevicename, SEP003094C30DF5, shows me exactly which
user answered the call.
What CM version?
CSCsb55334 Hunt Group CDR Records do not show correct
finalCalledPartyNumber
Looks like it's fixed in 4.2(1) and 6.0(1).
We are setting up a Hunt Pilot/Linegroup to broadcast ring multiple
sales
phones. Management would like to gather some stats on how many calls
each sales person is answering. During this test setup these
secondary
lines(linegroup) are actual DID's that can be dialed directly. When
I dial them directly records are seen in CDR. When they are answered
through the Hunt Pilot/linegroup there are no record of the calls in
CDR.
Is there anyway to get calls answered through Hunt Pilots/linegroups
to show up in CDR?
