actually i'm using it in my lab, first i tried it to recieved all calls to receptionist console using the <STRONG>connection plar opx 100, </STRONG>my ccme 3.3 is connected to a panasonic hybrid key system has 8-lines with are connected to 8-FXO's on my ccme router. hope u have better understanding now.<BR>

i'm also confused about the <STRONG>incoming called-number</STRONG> and <STRONG>answered-address</STRONG> command or should i say i don't understand the purpose. glad if u could help....<BR>

Regarding the CCME-AA, could u point out the mistake in the config.<BR>
