me so long to look into it, but this solution does not completely address
my problem. This allows me to dial a number with some kind of prefix and
be routed to a greeting. This is impossible when I am dialing a DID number

to Unity, enter an extension (or mailbox) number and be transferred directly to
the greeting rather than ringing the phone. I have not found a way to do
that. This is a feature in Nortel Meridian Mail called "Express Messaging"
which is very useful in a lot of circumstances. We are movng from Nortel
to Unity and I have not come up with a replacement for this feature. The
natives are restless.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
