Justin,<br><br>Right as I got your email I figured it out. Its the rerouting CSS<br><br>Wes or Ryan maybe you can answer me what the CSS on the remote destination profile is for???? Considering that the rerouting CSS is not mandatory this kind of seems like an over sight.

Have you enabled mobility via the checkbox on the end user's config page?<br>Have you configured the rerouting CSS on the user's RDP with the<br>proper partitions to route calls to the gateway?<br>Does the remote destination number have your external access digits
