Cisco can be confusing when asterisk is used elsewhere to escape to a
password prompt. Using a different prefix works, but this whole concept
does not work if you need to reach a greeting directly by dialing a
DID number from outside. Since "#2" is implemented in Unity, it
doesn't matter how you get routed there.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
