Does anybody knows how to change the Span to PC Port configuration in a 7941 phone - No we cant do it through the web conf page since the option does not appear on it.<BR>
<BR>
On the phone configuration i cant access it too, since the option appear but is disabled (not accessible), so i cant modify it.<BR>
<BR>
Does anybody knows why does this happen and how to modify this setting ?<BR>

My Call Manager is a 4.2.3 version.<BR>

it seems a really stupid question but i really appreciate any help on it, since i cant put the supervisor monitor option of CRS running without this option on.<BR>
