if the phone deregisters i believe ARC has to go down as CM will send
CTIDeviceClose to ARC.
On the phone under settings->status->network statistics what is
the 'Elapsed Time'? This indicates the duration of time the phone has
been properly registered to its current CM. If the phone is
unregistering then ARC will most likely be affected.
is very old firmware, all other consoles on the same arc server and
other phones in the same site don't appear to be getting the issue
althouh it may not be as noticeable as on an Arc console.
