You have to run/start/launch dma before any database migration occurs.<br>
run it once well before your upgrade window. Address any errors and
understand any warnings.<br>
After cleanup run again. Repeat until you have either clean or
acceptable results. In general Errors are not acceptable.<br>
<br>
Then when you're ready to upgrade run again to get the latest snapshot
of your database.<br>
