<div>OK, here it goes. I have 4 stores on a campus network with one receptionist that answers calls to the main number of all 4 stores. She is a busy lady. She wanted to know who the customer was calling for before she answered the phone, so I sent the call to a CTI RP first and entered the name of the store in the display of the CTI RP. I then found out that I had to change a service parameter (something like display CTI forwarded name...or something like that). So now the forwarded name shows up on the phone just fine, but the name does not show up on the AC screen. Since she hardly ever looks at her phone anymore, this is an inconvenience.
