Point (Circular hunt, Busy Trigger =1). Shewants to deal with Line 1 before
having to answering Line 2 as a receptionist. However, the softkeys
change to show Answer for Line2 and she is forced to Answer Line2 then go back
to completing the Transfer for Line1 using the phone. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoPlainText>Good news if she uses the Attendant Console she has no
problems, but she wants to use the phone instead of the AC software.<o:p></o:p></p>
