IVR

I need to work out how i can send certain inbound call to an IVR
systems. The incoming calls from the PSTN arrive on a MGCP gateway.
Certain departments within the firm require the calls to be directed to an IVR
to informed the caller that they are recorded. Other departments do not
want this feature and would like the call to go straight through. Version
of CM is 5.1

Anyone know the best way this could be achieved.
