font-family:Arial'>I came across an issue in CCM 5.1 when importing User device
profiles. I created a template and created a login/logout service and
subscribed the service to the UDP template. I create a file with BAT for the User
Device Profiles. I validated it, and imported the Device profiles and then the
Users. When I go back to the User Device Profiles it does not have the services
subscribed. I have done this more than once, and made absolutely sure the
services is subscribed to the Template, and that I select the template when
importing User Devices profiles. What I also found is that after each import,
it removes the services tat is subscribed to the template.
