<div>I have business edition 6.0(1). If I make a change to a device profile used for Extenion Mobility it causes the phone to get stuck in registering mode when I try to login to EM. The only way I was able to fix it was by restarting the callmanager service. This happens every time a change is made to a device profile. Any ideas?

<div>Also, if one EM user forwards one of their lines to another EM user, the user's pin becomes invalid the next time they try to login to EM (authentication error). You have to go in and reset their pin before they can log in again.
