used for Extenion Mobility it causes the phone to get stuck in registering mode
when I try to login to EM. The only way I was able to fix it was by restarting
the callmanager service. This happens every time a change is made to a device
profile. Any ideas? </span></font></p>

the user's pin becomes invalid the next time they try to login to EM
(authentication error). You have to go in and reset their pin before they can
