<DIV>Dear All,<BR>I'm facing a problem in configuring a CME with the Auto Attendant. I followed the steps attached in the notepad attached with the .Tar file.<BR>The case is as follow.<BR>CME ver 4.(0)3<BR>Tar files used are the ones attached in the CME files.<BR>i got the configuration from the example. its has somthin with setting the param and a voip dial peer<BR>I've attached the sh runn with sh flash:</DIV>
<DIV>The problem is as follow:<BR>1) When i dial the AA pilot number 8000 i get nothing for 20 sec then i get the choice menu( press 1 for sales 2 for blabla...)<BR>2) I then press "5" which was preconfigured in the param "param dial-by-extension-option 5"<BR>3) i get the msg " please dial the ext. u want to reach"<BR>4) I press 101 or 102 and the call is successfull.</DIV>
<DIV>I thought the problem was with the welcome.au file i then re downloaded it from other files and still same problem.<BR>I even formated the router's config and the flash and then reconf it again. this time i used completely diff IOS and diff CME files.</DIV>
<DIV>-one more thing: I'e attached some warning msgs i get when i apply my configuraion. Please take a look at it may be it could guide you to help me out.</DIV>
