<P>i need your help for the problem below.</P>

<P>i have 2 different customer and same problem.</P>
<P>I changed moh file by using :\Program<BR>Files\cisco\<B>MOH</B>\DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere</P>

<P>it runs smoothly except one or 2 times per a day it suddenly stops. </P>
<P>Even if the ip streaming service still runs(i chck from control center ) i stop and restart the service and then again it starts running.</P>
<P>i also checked from RTMTand it displays moh connection lost. But how can it be. MOH file already on ccm and how can be the connection lost. ;pls look at the attachment.</P>
<P>which parameters should i check. </P>
