platform/administration side. Check to see if you have anything that
specifies automatic updates, or, any other programs running that may be set to
"automatic". From what you are experiencing, it doesn't apprear to be
directly in the CM application. What are you seeing from the MS event

<P>hello everyone</P>
<P>i need your help for the problem below.</P>

<P>i have 2 different customer and same problem.</P>
<P>I changed moh file by using
:\Program<BR>Files\cisco\<B>MOH</B>\DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere</P>

<P>it runs smoothly except one or 2 times per a day it suddenly stops.

<P>Even if the ip streaming service still runs(i chck from control center ) i
stop and restart the service and then again it starts running.</P>
<P>i also checked from RTMTand it displays moh connection lost. But how
can it be. MOH file already on ccm and how can be the connection lost.
;pls look at the attachment.</P>
<P>which parameters should i check. </P>
