question<BR></FONT><BR></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>Hey Guys,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>This is my first time setting up Mob Mananger on a CUCM 5.x system. I
pretty much have everything set up correctly. </DIV>
<DIV>When i choose the Mob Manager service on the phone I get the following
error: "Unable to find your directory number. Check your services
configuration"</DIV>
<DIV>In some of my research to figure out this problem i ran across checking the
"DirectorySevices.ini" file in the c:\dcdsrvr directory. Since this is the Linux
OS i cant </DIV>
<DIV>look for that file. Also as of this moment we arent using LDAP for this
install. We might go ahead and do it, but as of this moment we arent.</DIV>
<DIV>The Jtapi autoupdate is configured correctly and the two links on mob
manager are in-service.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Im also having problems adding users so im guessing that is why i get the
above error message in services for the phone. When i try to add a user it fails
the communication</DIV>
<DIV>with the CM. I made sure the userID matches on both side, however im a
little bit confused when putting in the device name.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Any help would be appreciated.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
