CCM. Because it is CTI based and not SCCP based, you will get double rings for
off-campus calls. Also, it does not have any restrictions built in to it
regarding dialing targets. As long as it exists in it's calling search space,
you can dial it.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Unity requires you have a target subscriber or call
handler defined. That was a pain in the you know what when we migrated and still
is. You also lose double rings from off-campus callers.</FONT></DIV>

call handler greeting adminstration is the cats meow. Good luck getting CCM-AA
