you either have to rely on AXL/SQL statements or use the billing server
parameters to get CDR exported every minute or so to an external server. This is
now found in the Serviceability section in CCM under Tools>CDR

in Call Manager 4.1.3 to pull out CDR data for processing and we were wondering
how this would be achieved when we upgrade to CCM 6 and the Informix
