Miken - Thanks. I completed the same tasks you listed below. I also previously tried adding the user to the CTI control group. I'm still having no luck. I'm suspecting a firewall issue at this time but I won't be able to test further until next week. Thanks for the reply!! I will try and remember to post my findings.

By the way, TAC told me they wouldn't support this, however they were kind enough to send me these instructions. Adding the end user to CTI control group is not one of the listed instructions:

1) Web browse to the Call Manager.
2) Select Application, and then install plugins.
3) From the Install Plugins page, select "Cisco Telephony Service Provider".
Download and save it to the desktop.
4) Next, select User, and then Global directory.
5) Then, select the user that you are going to be performing this feature on. Under the "user information" page, be sure that the "Enable CTI Application Use" is checked marked.
6) Next, go to the desktop and install the TSP.
7) Now, go to Start>>>Settings>>>Phone and Modem Options.
8) Under Phone and Modem options, select the Advanced tab.
9) Under the Advanced tab, you will now see the CiscoTSP001.tsp. Highlight that and select Configure.
10) Next, select the user tab and enter in the same user name and password that is specified on CallManager for this user.
11) Next, select the CTI Manager tab. Under the "Primary CTI Manager Location" portion, select IP address, and then enter the IP address of the Call Manager.
12) Close down, and then restart Outlook.
13) Once Outlook has been reopened, you should now have the Call user option.
14) Next, select the dialing properties button. Verify the right User and number are in place, and then verify the line is selected at the bottom.
15) Then select dial and everything should be in order.

HTH
MikeN
