No Mudasser,<br>You will always see the port status whether you place a call or not. If these ports are down sh command will show you give you the down port status. I don't know the exact cause but may be switch side is not configured properly or AS5350 is not configured correctly, once these PRI's are sync to your gateway, you will see the port status. If you tell me the exact Call flow then may be i will be able to help you.
