http://IPAddr:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentChangeState.jsp</a><br>with the parameters<br>RC<br>State<br><br>RC being the reason code (if applicable)<br>State being the state code where<br>1 = Logout<br>3 = Not Ready
<br>4 = Ready<br>7 = Work (I think)<br><br>Subscribed phone to the service and gave it the proper State and RC, and it seemed to work fine. going to put it on a button for some of our agents and see how it works out for them.
<br><br>Note that with the HA feature you need two buttons, one for each server. Agent just needs to remember which one they logged-in to.<br><br>No idea if this solution would be supported, so if I had to guess I would say not.. would need to be careful after doing upgrades.
