<div>So I have to add half a bazzion CTI Ports.&nbsp; I figure I&#39;ll use the BAT tool.&nbsp; I open the Bat.xls file to make a CTI Port CSV.&nbsp; I make it the way I want it and now when validating the File I get &quot;the file does not include the File Format&quot;&nbsp; What Am I doing wrong?
