<DIV>Hi Bill, </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are also are in the process of evaluating Provisioning Manager 1.1. You helped me out with a login problem a couple of weeks ago that got us off the ground. Unfortunately we are also experiencing issues with both Call Manager and Unity synchronization. Our problem is that the system pulled out all of our data from our lab except for the phone (CCM 4.1.3sr5d) and voice mail boxes (Unity 4.0.5) we specifically installed to test with. In other words it is not retrieving any new phones or voice mail boxes that are added to the systems We have opened two TAC cases but so far have just been sending log files to them.<BR><BR></DIV>
