<br>hi all<br> i have a problem with the CDR Tool concerning the call duration in reporting.<br> the problem is, if i am dialing from the E1 ( isdn pri lines ) it counts normally ( no problem in the call duration ), but if i am using FXO port , it starts counts when the user hear the ringback ( not when the called party hung up )<br>any ideas ?<br>thanks <br><br><br><p>
