have an instalation that the client needs group pickup and opickup (groups
inside other groups) and doesn't work in some of the line groups/hunt
lists (groups) . I've configured the hunt pilots, (line group/hunt list
/hunt pilot), then created the pickup groups, assigned them to the
corresponding phones DNs lines, and when in the cases that have other groups
that need tro being picked up by them, added to the pickup group the other
pickup groups; to have this feature to work, i also configured the TOD (time of
day routing) in the partition of the phone lines, that is also the pickup group
partition. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
