Thanks for the info on defect not visible in bug toolkit. I'm working
on that.<br>
<br>
In case of 40/60 you can do a very manual workaround:<br>
1. add a new timezone to the TypeTimeZone table in SQL with the new
offset<br>
2. add a new datetime group in CCMAdmin that uses the new timezone you
just added<br>
3. configure VZ phones to use that datetimegroup.<br>
<br>
Note this will only work for 7940/60. It will not work for 3rd gen
phones 7941,61,70,71,11,<br>

I know your word is as good as gold. Problem is the server is in
Houston
where 95% of all other phones registered to it are CST. Is there any
workaround you can think of? If I change the time on the server of

this is going to cause problem for the other devices. I don't know if

want to mess with changing the time and time zone on the server and
compensate
by changing the date/time group timezone for CST devices. That sounds
like a headache and I'm not even sure if it would work.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
