This gets a little fuzzy with CM6.0 and subsequent upgrades. After v6
the user facing features are always backed up before switch version and
always restored after swtich version.
I have upgraded our test 5.1 cucm and switched partitions but I
noticed prior to switch I had a description on a phone of test which I
added some time ago but when I switched to the newer version the old
description appeared instead of the newer one- Am I missing something
surely when you change something in one partition and then you upgrade
to a newer one and switch should the old partiton being copying
everything to the other so when you do upgrade/ switch partiiotns
everything is the same- thanks
