Hi Carlos,<br>
For CDR it depends on how the call was cleared. If call terminated
abnormally (not simple onhook) then it will always be recorded in CDR.<br>
If user hung up to terminate the call then the call would not be
recorded in CDR if it did not reach the connected state.<br>
If call reached the connected state for more than 1 second before user
disconnected it will appear in CDR.<br>
<br>
Ususally accidental 911 calls are hungup in the proceeding or alerting
state so normally they are not logged by CDR.<br>
<br>
If you have the CM service parameter "CDR log calls with zero duration"
set True then all subsequent calls will be logged regardless of
duration or state.<br>
<br>
<br>
Otherwise, take your ccm*.txt traces and search for <br>
dd="911"<br>
<br>
or whatever your emergency pattern is.<br>

and
see there are queries for finding 911 calls in the CDR database.
However,
I believe if the call is too short the call does not appear in the CDR
database. I was told by my manager that a former emplyee would enable
a CCM trace that was able to track the 911 dialer even if it didn't
appear
in CDR. Anyone know which one?</font>
