being able to locate a subscriber in the Dial-by-name directory. The
subscribers name does not come up in the local directory handler, but does
come up in the default directory handler. I checked the subscribers
COS and it is correct and her name is listed as a subscriber under the
COS page.</font>

and the name is spelled correctly, associated to a phone and primary extension
is selected. Other subscribers in this COS and directory handler
work fine. </font>

the Subscribers can choose to be listed or not is selected. Is there
