Thank you for the reply, The current VG are MGCP not SCCP - don`t ask , I`ve also tried to increase the busy trigger and max. calls to 2 but it replies back with " busy trigger can not be greater then one because the specified device type does not support call waiting"<BR>

I tried to create a new analogue type but can not have more then 1 line configured- is the only way SCCP upgrade?<BR>
