Hi Adam,

I think the license file should be in license.properties file under
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\ in encrypted format. The backup procedure
does ask us to backup ALL the files from C:\Program Files\wfavvid
folder among others and so should backup the license files.

No worries if you don't get the files. Just contact Cisco Licensing
with your PO or SO number for CCC.
I'm trying to migrate a Cisco Conference Connection 1.2(2) SR2 server
from old hardware to new, and am having trouble with the licensing
portion. The installation is about four years old at this point and
nobody seems to be able to locate the original license keys. Is there
any way to export the licenses from the existing server? Is licensing
something that will be come across in a backup and restore?

Thanks,
