settings tool </A>to "expose the error greeting for subscribers on the SA". By
doing this, you will see the "error" greeting in the drop down menu under
standard, alternate, closed, etc.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The error greeting is what allows you to capture
incorrect input and cycle itself back onto itself. </FONT></DIV>

itself and the user will hear the departmental greeting over again.</FONT></DIV>
