I would have to quess that the temp 8XXXX is what caused the problem. Double check the route plan report. It could also be that SQL still has the temp 8XXXX number in the database, even though you don't see it in CCM admin. If you know how to run SQL queries, you could try looking there. Be very careful when poking around in SQL.
